2. Taper Tap, Die Collar of Workover Tool
  A taper tap is a special fishing tool making thread on the inside wall of tube dropped objects such as drill pipes and oil tubes. It is made with chip groove so as to make threads easily. Our taper taps are manufactured from high quality alloy steel and processed by special heat treatment. As a result, they have the advantage of high strength, high toughness and easy tapping. The fishing ID range is from 39mm to 88mm.
  A die collar is a special external catch fishing tool engaged on the outside wall of tubing objects such as oil tubing and drill pipes. In order to make threads easily, it is made with chip groove. Our die collars are made up of high quality alloy steel and processed by special heat treatment, featuring high strength, high toughness and easy tapping. The fishing ID range is from 73mm to 127mm.

Mill Shoe of Workover Tool
By their structure and shape, mill shoes can be divided into three types: flat-bottom or concave-bottom milling shoe, guide milling shoe and cone milling shoe. At the milling surface, the carbide particles are built up by welding, playing a part of self-milling. Our mill shoe is mainly used to mill the fallen substances, such as bolt, nut, tooth wheel, slip dog, fittings for deep-well pump, and more.

Casing Scraper of Workover Tool
A casing scraper is designed to remove cement, mud, embedded bullets, rust, mill scale, paraffin, perforation burrs and other substances from the inside walls of casing. Maintaining a clean casing I. D. is important to the operation of all well drilling tools. Additionally, packers and similar tools must have a clean surface to grip. The foreign materials on casing walls will make these tools difficult to operate. The components of our casing scraper are all made from high grade materials.
The standard connections on the casing scraper are API Reg., Box and Pin, which allow the scraper to be installed in the drilling string between the bit and the bit sub. The bit is run below the scraper, with the function of guiding and preventing plugging.

Fishing Overshot of Workover Tool
The fishing overshot is a simple and rugged fishing tool used to externally engage, pack off and pull a fish. There are two types of internal catch mechanisms: a basket grapple and a spiral grapple. Our fishing overshot can be configured with extension sub, wall hook, enlarged guide, or other accessories according to different uses.

Fishing Magnet of Workover Tool
A fishing magnet is used to retrieve various kinds of small objects having magnetic attraction from bore hole bottoms. The undrillable objects such as cones, bearings, slips, tong pins and milling cuttings can often be retrieved only by magnetic attraction. So keep the bore bottom clean.

2. Hole Opener of Workover Tool
  Our hole opener is manufactured from tough heat treated alloy steel for high strength. Cutter arms, which are equipped with removable cutter, are hardfaced and welded on body. Three types of cutters are available, including type SM for soft to medium formation, type MH for medium to hard formation and type XH for hard formation. In addition, our hole openers have three or six jet tubes with replaceable nozzles, allowing jet streams quickly clean the enlarged hole.
