2. Cement Head of Well Cement Tool
  Our casing cement head with double plug is a common cementing tool used as wellhead unit in various cementing operations. Compared with a cement head with single plug, it has longer cement head body, and its upper rubber plug and lower rubber plug can be put in at the same time. Our cement head is flexible in connecting, and has the advantage of simple structure, easy operation, and high pressure resistance. Additionally, the lever type indicator equipped can show whether rubber plug goes through double plug cement head to enter casing.
  The common adopted sizes are 5-1/2", 7", 9-5/8", 13-3/8", which are based on the sizes of casing.
2. Casing Centralizer of Well Cement Tool
  A casing centralizer is an auxiliary tool for casing operations. It is clamped on casing outside to protect it from wellbore damages and reduce the friction. We have two types of casing centralizers: bow-spring centralizers and solid centralizers (some are installed with rollers). The size of our casing centralizers is based on relevant casing size, from 4-1/2" to 20".
2. Casing Packer of Well Cement Tool
  Our casing packer is a mechanical type well cement tool. It is supplied with positive setting and unsetting, convenient to operate. Lower the tubing while rotating the tubing, and the track pins will slip into the elongated slot from the shorter one. Consequently relative movement occurs between slips and wedge surface of the cone, and opened slips will couple with the casing entire tightly to realize anchoring. Meanwhile, part of set-down weight makes the rubber tube in compression axially and in tension radially, thereby sealing the annulus space between the tubing and the casing. To unset, pick up the tubing.
  Our casing packer combined with supporting equipments can achieve separated well testing, oil recovery, water detection, water plugging, oil pumping by intensifier pump, fracturing etc.

Cement Plug of Well Cement Tool
Our cement plugs include top plugs and bottom plugs. They are of non-rotational design, allowing the plugs to drill out quickly. Special materials are used for easy drill out with PDC bits. In addition, our cementing plugs are resistant to high temperature and high pressure.
